Questions people ask before they reach out

What does Throughline actually help with?

Three things, with one steady hand: emotional growth and resilience, disability support and benefits navigation, and companionship through grief and other hard human moments.

Do I need a diagnosis or paperwork to reach out?

No. You can come to us at any stage. If documentation matters for a benefit or scheme, we will help you understand exactly what is needed and how to gather it.

Is Throughline a replacement for therapy or medical care?

We are wellbeing guidance and advocacy, and we work alongside clinical care rather than replacing it. When a licensed therapist or doctor is the right call, we will say so and help you find one.

How do sessions work?

Most support happens by phone or video so it is reachable wherever you are. We agree a pace that suits you, and a real person stays your point of contact throughout.

Can I suggest a topic or send a correction on an article?

Yes, please. Email hello@kricite.com and a real person reads every message. Our published guidance is meant to be genuinely useful, so we update it as things change.

Start where you are

You do not have to work this out alone.

Whether it is emotional growth, a benefits maze, or a loss you are carrying, send one note and a real person will reply. No forms-first, no runaround.
